tbh people stay perched lookin for the one token (insert-marginalized-group) friend. They will sit there and call people one after the other overly sensitive, mock them, verbally abuse them or whatever but if that ONE uneducated person who is a minority says that the oppressive actions are okay then they hold that persons statement as gospel. They do not care about what oppressed people have to say unless it fits their agenda and their version of how the world is/should be.
you can have 1000000 people telling you that your actions are wrong but that ONE person automatically invalidates the others and it’s so transparent.
